My name is Pak. I have been working in Early Childhood Education and Care settings since 2014 as an Early Childhood Teacher and Centre Director.
Throughout my career, I have always believed that a collaborative partnership with families is key to a child&success. Children learn through play, and it is our duty to make learning interesting for them.
I have an academic background in Early Childhood, Psychology, Translation, and Business. I will utilise my knowledge here to enrich your little one's learning. In my spare time, I enjoy doing handyman work and watching movies.

I have been working in the field of Early Childhood Education for more than 4 years and I genuinely enjoy supporting young children to learn and develop in their first 5 years.
Much of my philosophy is based on building relationships. I believe that warm, trusting and respectful relationships form the basis of rich and strong learning journeys. I view children as capable and competent learners and citizens. Hence, I have always valued and actively engaged children’s voices when making decisions that affect them.
I am huge on supporting children to develop their sense of agency through a strength-based approach. Every child is unique in their own beautiful way and we celebrate those differences and assist them to achieve their goals through meaningful and fun learning experiences.
I love exploring, investigating and creating with children. Sustainability, creative arts and technologies have become some of my biggest passions through my teaching journey!
